Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement governs the onboarding, display, and booking processing for authorized dealerships and vehicle manufacturers partnering with the BikeBoss platform.
1. Partner Onboarding
Dealers must submit active GST registrations, contact numbers, and list of supported brands to qualify as registered vendors. All bookings passed via BikeBoss must be honored with the ex-showroom rates agreed upon.
2. Lead Management & Bookings
Registered dealers will receive a unique Booking ID for each customer order processed. It is the dealer's responsibility to review booking details (e.g. Color, delivery date, time slot) and initiate delivery within 24 hours.
3. Commissions & Fees
Platform facilitation fees and booking fee disbursements will be processed on a monthly net-30 schedule.
