For Users
1. **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license to request test rides or register a two-wheeler under Indian transport guidelines.
2. **Required Booking Details:** All bookings must be completed using true information (Full Name, S/O details, Mobile, and Address). False booking info will result in immediate cancellation.
3. **Online Payments:** Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. A booking is only complete upon successful payment verification.
For Dealers
1. **Dealer Integrity:** Dealers are required to provide correct address details and contact numbers. Booking IDs will be delivered directly to the dealer panel upon user checkout.
2. **Fulfillment:** Dealers must contact the customer within 4 hours of receiving the Booking ID to schedule showroom visits, paperwork, and delivery slots.
